Board Rules

Gladiatus.th Board Rules

Each User agrees with his/her registration to the following
board rules.

Every offence against the rules of the Forums (the now following
general rules and of course the special rules for some subforums)
may lead to a warning. The Administrators of the forums has the
right to ban accounts on the forums and maybe even ingame and
on IRC in extreme cases. The interpretation of the rules is up to
the board team.

Every User may register and use one account. Multiple registrations and usage of several accounts may lead to a banning of all accounts.
After receiving the third warning an account may be banned up to 2 weeks, in extreme cases longer. The circumventing of the ban by registering a second account is not allowed. An account may get banned permanently if the user receives again several warnings after the account was unlocked.
In extreme cases it is possible a User gets banned without having several warnings.
Editing a post after a warning was given (this includes removing or editing the warning) is against the rule and can lead to a ban from the forums.

Attitude on the forums

To guarantee a relaxed atmosphere between all
participants on the forum, some posting restrictions
are needed.

Posting contents and links of pornographic, politically extremist, immoral and offensive material which may breach applicable laws are forbidden.
It is also not allowed to post keys, hacks, cracks or other things of illegal nature, including illegal download pages and "warez". Discussion of such items will lead to an immediate warning.
It is not allowed to post private conversations (board PM, IRC, MSN, ingame PM) without the consent of the other party .
Posting of contents which do not belong to the topic/ relevant forum (Spam/Offtopic) are undesired and may lead to a warning. An exception of this is the Spamboard.This includes postings which only point out breaches of the rules (Backseat Modding). This is up to the board team.
Moderators may remove any pictures deemed to be oversized at any time. No more than 5 pictures may be placed inside any single post.
Due to information sometimes needed to be passed on to users, staff may sometimes have a extension on the size of the image, or text placed in the signature.
Flaming, Offences against other users or staff and inappropriate language are punishable on the whole forum.
The board team holds the right to censor threads. This will be marked in the relevant post.
Reposting of a theme that was already closed is not allowed. If you wish to post in it, ask the moderator who closed it to reopen.
Advertisment and linking to non-GF games is not allowed on the whole forums, including the PC Forum. Links to games with the aim to count every visitor are not allowed.
Mug links are only allowed in signatures on this board.
The Board language is English, and only English, as long as no support by native speakers can be offered
Requests to unban ingame accounts are not to be discussed anywhere on the forums. Please get in contact to the Game Operator who banned you via email only .
Spamming of emoticons and images is not allowed due to the fact that it may freeze peoples’ computers. Images or postings which are side exceeding (means one has to scroll vertically or/and horizontally to read all) are not allowed.
If you feel warned unfairly, first PM the Mod who gave the warning. Then you may get in contact the Smod. In extreme cases you have the right to talk to a Board Admin. The Board Admins’ word is final. Follow the hierarchy, or you may find you are ignored, (include all previous communication).
Impersonation of a Staff member (Name, Avatar, Signature) may lead to a warning or in extreme cases to a ban.
Posthunting ( posting just to get a higher postcount) results in a warning or in extrem cases in a direct ban. Posting twice within the allowable time to re-edit the original post shall be considered Posthunting.
Discussion of bans or warnings is not permitted in the public forums, this may result in further bans or warnings. Please discuss these issues with the moderator involved or their superior on the board only.

Signatures

Signature Pictures may not exceed the following measurements

Height: 100 px - Width: 500 px

OR

Height: 150 px - Width: 450

Datafile can't exceed: 80 kb

Anything that is used as an exploit to circumvent the rules, means posting at the end of the post siglike pictures and other that makes the sig appear larger, is not allowed.
Staff members may be permitted to have larger signatures at the discretion of the Administration.

Notes

Board Administrators and Smods (in emergencies) have ban rights (sigs and Users), Custom Title and user name Changing rights.
The Staff reserves the right to change rules when they deem it necessary.
The use of these forums is a priviledge not a right. Administrators reserve the right to do what they think is best for the forums.

กฎ กติกา บอร์ดของ Gladiatus.th

ผู้ใช้แต่ละท่านต้องยินยอม ทำตามกฎ กติกา ในการใช้บอร์ด ดังต่อไปนี้
การละเมิดและต่อต้านกฎ กติกาต่างๆในบอร์ด (ซึ่งไม่ว่าจะด้วยกฎ กติกาทั่วไป จนถึง กฎ กติกาพิเศษ สำหรับหัวข้อย่อย บางข้อ) อาจเริ่มที่การแจ้งเตือน ผู้ดูแลมีสิทธิ์ในการแบน (ระงับการใช้) ชื่อบัญชีในบอร์ด และอาจรวมถึง ในเกมส์ และบน IRC ในรูปการที่แย่ที่สุด การลงโทษการผิดกฎ กติกาจะขึ้นอยู่กับวิจารณญาณ ของทีมผู้ดูแลบอร์ด

* ผู้เล่นทุกท่านจะสามารถสร้างชื่อบัญชีในบอร์ดได้เพียงชื่อบัญชีเดียวต่อ 1 ท่าน ถ้ามีมากกว่านั้นจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดการลงโทษ แบนชื่อบัญชีอื่นๆทั้งหมด
* ท่านผู้เล่นที่ได้รับการแจ้งเตือนถึง 3 ครั้งแล้วอาจโดนแบนได้ถึง 2 สัปดาห์ ในอาจมากกว่านั้นในกรณีที่หนักกว่านั้น การใช้อุบายสร้างชื่อบัญชีที่สองขึ้นมาหลังจากการโดนแจ้งเตือนไม่เป็นที่ยอม รับ และถ้ายังได้รับการแจ้งเตือนอีก อาจทำให้ชื่อบัญชีนั้นๆถูกแบนถาวร แม้ว่าจะถูกยกเลิกการแบนให้แล้วก็ตาม
* ในกรณีความผิดร้ายแรงผู้เล่นอาจถูกแบน โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งเตือนครั้งที่สอง
* การแก้ไข หัวข้อที่โดนแจ้งเตือนไปแล้วเป็นที่ยอมรับ (รวมถึงการย้ายหัวข้อ และแก้ไขข้อความแจ้งเตือน) สำหรับ หัวข้อที่ผิดกฎและอาจนำพาไปให้เกิดการแบนขึ้น

ทัศนคติในบอร์ด

เพื่อเป็นการรับประกันที่ทุกท่านสามารถผ่อนคลายกับบรรยากาศที่สบายระหว่าง การเข้าร่วมการสนทนาในบอร์ด จึงสมควรมีการจำกัดการโพสบางประการขึ้น

* การโพสเนื้อหาและลิงค์ ลามก อนาจาร, เรื่องเกี่ยวกับการเมือง ประเทศชาติ, ความก้าวร้าว อนาจาร และเนื้อเรื่องที่อาจเกี่ยวกับการละเมิดกฎหมาย เป็นเรื่องต้องห้าม
* นอกจากนั้นยัง ไม่อนุญาตให้โพส keys, hacks, cracks (โปรแกรม หรือ ลิงค์ที่ใช้ส่งไวรัส, เจาะข้อมูล ฯลฯ) ที่ผิดกฎหมายโดยทั่วไป รวมทั้งเวปเพจ และดาวน์โหลดลิงค์ และ"warez". การเปิดการสนทนาเกี่ยวกับหัวข้อข้างต้นอาจนำมาซึ่งการแจ้งเตือนโดยทันที
* ไม่อนุญาตให้โพสข้อความส่วนตัวของบุคคลอื่นเช่น (ข้อความส่วนตัวในบอร์ด, IRC, MSN ข้อความส่วนตัวในเกมส์) โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมของบุคคลนั้นๆ.
* เนื้อหาของการโพสที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับหัวข้อ หรือบทสนทนาในหัวข้อ (Spam / Offtopic) จะทำให้กระทู้อาจต้องปิด และอาจได้รับการแจ้งเตือน การยกเว้นนี้จะใช้ได้ใน Spamboard แต่ก็ยังมีการจำกัดในการละเมิดกฎใน Spamboard โดยจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยมาดูแลอยู่ ซึ่งจะขึ้นอยู่กับการพิจารณาของเจ้าหน้าที่
* ผู้ดูแลสามารถลบภาพที่ขนาดใหญ่เกินไปเมื่อใดก็ได้ ท่านสามารถโพสได้ไม่เกิน 5 ภาพภายในการโพส แต่ละครั้ง
* เนื่องด้วยหัวข้อข้างต้น ผู้ใช้จะสามารถสร้างข้อมูลได้เองในส่วนของลายเซ็น หรือภาพของผู้ใช้ ซึ่งทำให้บางครั้ง เจ้าหน้าที่อาจแจ้งไปยังผู้ใช้ก่อน หรืออาจเปลี่ยนแปลงเอง ภายหลังการแจ้งเตือน
* การกล่าวหา กล่าวร้ายถึงผู้เล่นท่านอื่นๆ หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ ไม่ว่าโดยภาษาใดๆ ถือเป็นความผิดอย่างร้ายแรง
* เจ้าหน้าที่ในบอร์ดถือสิทธิ์ สามารถปิดหัวข้อใดๆก็ได้และจะขึ้นการปิดหัวข้อที่หัวข้อนั้นๆ * การแก้ไข หรือโพสหัวข้อที่ปิดไปแล้ว ไม่เป็นที่อนุญาต แต่หากท่านต้องการแก้ไขให้ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ ทำการปิดหัวข้อนั้นๆเพื่อทำการเปิดหัวข้ออีกครั้ง
* การเปิดลิงค์โฆษณาที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับ GameFrog ทั้งหมดไม่เป็นที่อนุญาต รวมถึงการใช้ลิงค์กับดักในเกมส์ หรือลิงค์ ต่างๆที่ใช้นับจำนวนผู้เข้าชม จะไม่เป็นที่ยอมรับในการโพสในบอร์ดนี้
* ลิงค์กับดักในเกมส์จะอนุญาตให้เพียงใส่ไว้ในลายเซ็นต์เท่านั้น
* ภาษาที่ใช้จะเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น จนกว่าจะมีการเปิดให้ใช้ภาษาของเจ้าของภาษาในฟอรั่มนั้นๆ (อันนี้ของเราได้เปิดใช้ภาษาไทยได้แล้ว)
* การขอปลดแบนในเกมส์ ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้หัวข้อใดๆในบอร์ดในการขอปลดแบน ทั้งสิ้น ให้ท่านติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ดูแลเกมส์โดยตรงโดยการ pm หรือ mail เท่านั้น
* การรบกวน (Spam) โดยการใช้รูป emotion (แสดงอารมณ์) โดยไม่จำเป็น หรือ การใช้รูปขนาดใหญ่เกินไป ซึ่งทำให้ผู้เล่นอื่น เข้าดูไม่ได้หรือทำให้เข้าอ่านได้ช้า (รวมถึงการโพสให้กลับด้านอ่าน แนวตรง แนวนอน โดยไม่ใช่การอ่านปรกติ) ไม่เป็นที่อนุญาต
* ถ้าท่านรู้สึกว่าการถูกตักเตือนไม่ถูกต้อง ให้ทำตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้ ขั้นแรกให้ติดต่อ เจ้าหน้าบอร์ด ( Moderator ) ที่ที่ตักเตือนท่าน ว่าด้วยเหตุผลอะไร แล้วท่านอาจได้รับการติดต่อถึงหัวหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่บอร์ด ( Super Moderator ) และถ้ายังไม่สามารถตกลงกันได้ จะผ่านไปยัง หัวหน้าบอร์ด ( Board Administrator ) และคำตัดสินของหัวหน้าบอร์ดเป็นคำขาด ตามขั้นตอนที่ว่ามา ท่านอาจทราบว่าท่านผิดอย่างไร (รวมถึงการสนทนาที่ผ่านมาทั้งหมด)
* การแอบอ้างตัวบุคคลเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่โดยใช้ (ชื่อ, Avatar, ลายเซ็น) ที่เหมือนกัน อาจทำให้ท่านได้รับการเตือนหรือร้ายแรงถึงขั้นแบนได้
* Posthunting (การโพสเพื่อให้ตัวท่านมีจำนวนการโพสสูงที่สุด) อาจทำให้ท่านได้รับการเตือน หรืออาจร้ายแรงถึงการแบนได้โดยตรง การโพสข้อความซ้ำๆ Spam หรือแม้แต่การโพสแก้ไขข้อความก่อน (คือการสร้างข้อความใหม่ แทนการแก้ไขในข้อความเก่า) ถือเป็นการจงใจ กระทำการ Posthunting
* การสนทนาเรื่องการระงับการใช้ (ban) หรือการแจ้งเตือน (warning) ไม่เป็นที่อนุญาตในที่สาธารณะ และนี่อาจเป็นเหตุผลที่อาจทำให้ท่านได้รับการแบน หรือแจ้งเตือนครั้งถัดไป ถ้าท่านต้องการสนทนา โปรดสนทากับเจ้าหน้าที่เกมส์ ผู้มีประสบการณ์ด้านนี้มากกว่า

ลายเซ็นรูปภาพอาจไม่เกินต่อไปนี้การวัด
ความสูง: 100 พิกเซล - กว้าง: 500 พิกเซล
หรือ
ความสูง: 150 พิกเซล - ความกว้าง: 450
Datafile ไม่สามารถเกิน: 80 กิโลไบต์

* การโพสที่ใช้เป็นประโยชน์ในการใช้อุบายดัก ต่อผู้ใช้ท่านอื่นไม่ว่าจะด้วยเหตุผลใด เพื่ออะไร ถือว่าเป็นความผิดทั้งสิ้น เช่นการโพสรูป link หรือ link ต่างๆที่จะทำให้ผู้อื่นกด แล้วเข้าสู่เวปอื่น หรือทำให้รูปลายเซ็นต์ใหญ่ขึ้น (ยกเว้น linkกับดักใน ลายเซ็นเท่านั้น)
* เจ้าหน้าที่สมาชิกอาจจะอนุญาตให้รูปลายเซ็นมีขนาดใหญ่กว่าที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นขึ้นอยู่กับการพิจารณาของ หัวหน้าบอร์ด

หมายเหตุ

* หัวหน้าบอร์ด และหัวหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่บอร์ด มีสิทธิ์ เปลี่ยนลายเซ็นหรือผู้ใช้ในบอร์ดได้ในภาวะฉุกเฉิน และเปลี่ยนหัวข้อ รายละเอียด หรือชื่อผู้ใช้ในบอร์ด
* เจ้าหน้าที่ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนกฎเมื่อพวกเขาตกลงกันแล้วว่ามันจำเป็น.
* การใช้บอร์ดนี้ไม่มีสิทธิพิเศษสำหรับท่านใด หรือเรื่องใด คณะเจ้าหน้าที่จะเป็นผู้ดูแลสิทธิ์และความถูกต้องตามที่เห็นควรแก่บอร์ดโดย รวม
